30 day challenge

Resculpt your body, revitalise your mind and awaken your spirit.
Kick start your Bikram yoga experience with full immersion! Clear your schedule for the next 30 days and commit to one class a day for 30 days. If you miss a day, it will require doing a "double" (i.e. 2 classes in one day) before the 30 days are up, to successfully complete the challenge.
Why do such a thing you may ask?? You will learn things about your body and your mind that you never new existed! You can do a challenge on your own at any time or join a group challenge in February, May, August and November every year.
